The 0445020216 is a genuine Bosch CP3 series high-pressure common rail fuel pump. It carries the primary Sinotruk OEM factory part number VG1034080001. This assembly is specifically engineered for CNHTC Howo A7 heavy-duty trucks equipped with D12 (11.59L) and D10 (9.72L) Euro 4 common rail diesel engines.
This 0445020077 pump features a heavy-duty tri-plunger radial design driven directly by the front engine timing gear train. It incorporates an ECM-controlled fuel metering valve (M-PROP) and an integrated rear gear-type fuel transfer pump. The unit regulates volumetric delivery to sustain required common rail pressure for Sinotruk 340HP, 380HP, and 420HP haulage trucks.
Internal plunger wear or fuel delivery pressure drops in older pumps lead to severe engine derate under load. On Sinotruk ECM systems, this defect causes active fault codes related to low fuel rail pressure, long cranking, and power loss on steep climbs.
